They always get a great reaction when we tell them.

The Forks situation is funny now. Sylvia, Judy, and I talked about it on Sunday, and we were all smiling.

Thanks for writing, Anna. I really appreciate it.
xoAAnnis Cassellshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04956658096326753578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2255018715652778469.post-75047481106015647932013-10-03T00:49:36.180-07:002013-10-03T00:49:36.180-07:00And here I thought all your adventures were magnif...And here I thought all your adventures were magnificent care-free...adventuring! Most have a communal kitchen and often people cook and have their meals there. xoAAnnis Cassellshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04956658096326753578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2255018715652778469.post-70828666232931626012013-10-01T21:34:28.901-07:002013-10-01T21:34:28.901-07:00Forks! Often you're in a "dorm room" with other travelers; sometimes you can get a private room. Bathrooms are usually shared, regardless. The ones in which I've stayed are rarely homes, but stand-alone buildings. The one in Sacramento is like a mansion.

At a hostel, there are other travelers who Annis Cassellshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04956658096326753578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2255018715652778469.post-84969490996171193492013-09-30T14:32:37.040-07:002013-09-30T14:32:37.040-07:00You're right, Joan. I imagined it was much like crashing on a friends couch, only you didn't know the person and they had an extra bed you could rent.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06823603185268915473noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2255018715652778469.post-86781517166763397562013-09-29T19:49:32.378-07:002013-09-29T19:49:32.378-07:00Annis,
