I've noticed that I feel much better if I limit my time online and with the tv; a recent trip to NYC with a good friend found us not looking at news much at all. And I'm making an effort to do either daily yoga or a trip to the gym with my husband to keep my stress level in check. In the mornings, I work in quiet - no tv, no radio.
